THE ART OF movement

Dance Impressions is a nationally recognized dance studio with 500+ students and 30 employees at two locations in Davis County, Utah. Dance Impressions initially approached me for various graphic design needs. My role quickly and organically expanded as Dance Impressions presented the need for for corporate consulting and creative/marketing/communication direction.

Below is a summary of my role as a Corporate Consultant

“Thank you so much for navigating our ship into calmer waters. This job can be pretty overwhelming but I can say this year has been more rewarding and positive than it has been for me for a long time. I know that is all because ofyou. The changes we are making are all positive and I probably don’t tell you enough how grateful we are. Me especially. Thanks for allowing me to figure out how to get back to loving the studio. It’s still overwhelming but I know it’s on the right path.“

How grateful [my husband] and my kids are for you. Because of you and ONLY you, I have been able to be a better mom, wife and friend.”

corporate restructuring plan

>> To help assess corporate identity (internal activities that shape perception) and culture, I led a 14 hour whiteboard discussion with the Dance Impressions’ owners to dissect every aspect of their partnership and business, outline current processes and organizational behavior, take individual performance and goal assessments, discuss the results, identify weak points and strengths in operation, and outline values goals and vision for the business moving into the future and provide communication training.

Following in-depth analysis and discussion with owners, I created a comprehensive, year long, corporate restructuring plan for Dance Impressions. This plan was based on 4 core categories: Foundation, Structure, Communication, Connection.
